What is Blythe Coffee?
A lot of people seem to mispronounce Blythe. So simply put, it’s just Blythe… Phonetically spelled: Bluh-yth. The meaning of Blythe is cheerful and pleasant. Most people with this name tend to be very compassionate, intuitive, romantic, and have magnetic personalities. Now that I think about it, it kind of sounds like ME! *wink wink* I’ve always wanted to name my daughter Blythe, however no babies yet- so the coffee cart it is!

We specialize in artisan coffee creations focusing on presentation beginning with sight, scent, and lastly, taste!
